Cost plus percentage

Total Cost / Item Unit

Manpower Cost / Item Unit
The total cost is calculated only for manpower cost with the company overhead and profit for the measuring units of each item separately, every item will be specified for installation only in a Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) attached with the contract, In this type of contracts, the total cost of installation will be given only and the cost of the materials will be decided according to the client choices,

The total cost is calculated from materials and manpower cost with the company overhead and profit for all items and divided by the actual area of the building calculated from the as-built plane to provide the client with the cost / building area measuring unite, Also in this type of contracts we are providing the client by several fixed price packages according to the specifications and the level of finishing required.
Total Manpower Cost / m2
The total cost is calculated from manpower cost only with the company overhead and profit for all items and divided by the actual area of the building calculated from the as-built plane to provide the client with the Manpower cost / building area measuring unite, in this type of contracts we are providing the client by several fixed price packages according to the specifications and the level of finishing required.
